Using Unbelief

God can and will ANOINT unbelievers to be used in His service.

“who (God) says of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd, and he shall fulfill all my purpose;’”  Isaiah 44:28A

“Thus says the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have grasped, to subdue nations before him and to loose the belts of kings, to open doors before him that gates may not be closed:”  Isaiah 45:1

God continues the education about Cyrus.

“I name you, though you do not know me.”  Isaiah 45:4B

“I equip you, though you do not know me,”  Isaiah 45:5B

God’s purpose will be fulfilled whether we know Him or not!
